Brownwood (Southpark) Have (3) openings in HCS Program. Shift is various rotation with some 3pm-12 am and 8am-4pm.

Sweetbriar (West Columbia) PSA vacancies at the Development Center, all shifts.  

Personal Service Assistants (PSA's) must possess a High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with those with disabilities is preferred and the applicant must be 18yrs of age, must possess a valid driver's license and must have a good driving record . The PSA's assist people in performing their activities of daily living while helping them to achieve as much independence as possible. The PSA supports people to be self-directed by teaching decision making skills and assisting them in attaining their goals, hopes, and dreams.

Qualified Mental Retardation Professionals (QMRP's) must possess a Bachelor's degree in a human services field, doctor of medicine/osteopathy, or registered nurse with at least one year of experience working directly with people with developmental disabilities. The applicant must be at least 18yrs old and able to effectively communicate orally and in writing. The QMRP oversees and coordiantes supports to people to assist them in acheiving independence, self-determination and a quality of life that meets their expectations. The QMRP assists each person in developing his or her Personal Support Plan. They provide ongoing monitoring of services, interventions and training activities to support people in meeting their goals for the future.
