The Austin CLASS program provides services to people with a wide array of cognitive and/or physical disabilities. Through case management, we strive to provide individualized services to help you live as independently as possible in the home environment of your choice. Our well trained and experienced Case Managers will assist you and your family to attain your own goals and visions.

Since February of  2008 we have been providing Case Management Services in the Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS) for the following counties in the Austin Area:

Bastrop	Fayette	Mills
Blanco	Grimes	San Saba
Brazos	Hays	Travis
Burleson	Lampasas	Washington
Burnet	Lee	Williamson
Caldwell	Llano

 

A person should work with Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS)  to get a referral to receive this valuable service from AHS.
