Any AHS employee or their household members can speak to a registered nurse 24 hours a day including after hours, on weekends or on holidays. These registered nurses are experienced and have been specially trained to deliver care over the phone.

Based on your symptoms, a nurse will help you determine whether you:

„X Need to be seen at an Urgent Care Center
„X Should seek emergency care
„X Can treat your condition with homecare advice

They are also available to answer questions you might have about your medications or about common medical issues.
